Samphire Sauna is located on the iconic Hastings Pier on Hastings & St.Leonards Seafront.

This Autumn/ Winter we are open to book on:  Wed: 2.45pm – 7.30pm, Thurs: 2.45pm-7.30pm, Fri: 8am – 7.30pm,  Sat: 9am – 6.45pm, Sun: 9am – 6.45pm, Mon: 8am – 12pm

Christmas Booking is now open!! We will be open everyday (apart from Tuesdays) including Christmas Eve, Christmas Day Boxing Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day (there is a different pricing structure on the 24th, 25th, 26th Dec & 1st Jan).

How to book:

You can book 30 mins, 60 mins or 90mins private sessions (for up to 4 guests) or 60 minutes and 90 mins for communal sessions individually.  All sessions run at specific times throughout the day – please see timings, prices and booking links below.

Our booking system opens 60 days in advance. 

*On quieter days we may only fire one sauna up, so it may mean you are asked to have your session in whichever sauna is running that day. This is to ensure the most efficient use of wood, we hope you understand!

For same day  bookings & within 12 hours, DM us on Instagram @samphire_sauna. For larger group bookings please email us at hello@samphiresauna.co.uk 

(It should be noted that on rare occasions either due to especially adverse weather conditions or because the pier is closed or a special event,  your booking may need to be rescheduled; we will endeavour to inform you as early as possible if this is likely to occur.)
