Booking
Samphire Sauna is located on the iconic Hastings Pier on Hastings & St Leonards Seafront.
We are currently open to book on:
Mon: 8am–2pm | Wed: 2.45pm–7.30pm | Thurs: 2.45pm–7.15pm | Fri: 8am–8.15pm | Sat: 9am–7.30pm | Sun: 9am–7.30pm
Our booking system opens 60 days in advance. For same-day bookings or within 12 hours please DM us on Instagram @samphire_sauna. For larger group bookings please email hello@samphiresauna.co.uk
You can book 60 and 90 minute communal sessions, or 30 and 60 minute private sessions. All sessions run at specific times throughout the day – please see prices and booking links below.
We run Off-Peak sessions Monday to Friday and Peak sessions Saturday and Sunday, with pricing for each shown below.
For private hire you can choose between Samphire, our cosy original sauna for up to 4 guests, or Spindrift, our larger barrel sauna for up to 10 guests.

OFF-PEAK SESSIONS (Mon- Fri)
Communal Sessions – Off-Peak
A shared sauna session with up to 14 guests (10 in a larger sauna and 4 in a smaller one.) You are welcome to move freely between both saunas on site and use all cool down and seating facilities during your session.
- Express – 45 min: £11.50pp
- 1 hour: £16pp
- 1 hour Quiet Session: £16pp
- 1.5 hours: £22pp

Mon: 12.15pm & 1.15pm and Thursday: 4pm & 6.15pm

Private Hire – Samphire – Off-Peak
A shared sauna session with up to 14 guests (10 in a larger sauna and 4 in a smaller one.) You are welcome to move freely between both saunas on site and use all cool down and seating facilities during your session.
The Samphire sauna is exclusively yours for your group. Intimate and cosy, perfect for up to 4 guests.
- 1 hour (up to 4 guests): £70
1 hour – Off-Peak:

Private Hire – Spindrift / Large Sauna – Off-Peak
Our new sauna Spindrift is exclusively yours for your group. A spacious barrel sauna with room for up to 10 guests – ideal for larger groups or those who want a little more space.
- 1 hour – up to 4 guests: £80
- 1 hour – up to 10 guests: £150
1 hour – Off-Peak:

Communal Sauna Regulars Pass – 10 sessions (off peak) Mon-Fri:

This pass is for 10 x 60 min sauna sessions. You will get 10 sessions for £13 each (a saving of £3 per session, £30 total.) Please note: – You can only bring up to 1 additional guest per session with you on this package. This uses 2 of your pass sessions (one for you, one for them). It can be redeemed Mon-Fri – This package is meant for a more regular practice and therefore is valid for 6 months only from the date of purchase
Communal Sauna Regulars Pass — 10 sessions (Peak) Sat–Sun:

A pass for 10 x 60 minute communal sauna sessions at £15 per session – a saving of £30 on the standard peak price. – This package is meant for a more regular practice and therefore is valid for 6 months only, from date of purchase. – This pass is valid for Peak sessions (Saturday and Sunday) only. – For weekday sessions please see our Off-Peak Regulars Pass option. Please note you can only bring up to 1 additional guest per session on this pass. This uses 2 sessions from your pass (one for you, one for them.)
