Booking Update
Introducing Spindrift, our brand new larger sauna opening 5th July! We are closed for refurbishment 23rd June to 4th July. All bookings for July onwards now open - scroll down for details.
Booking
Samphire Sauna is located on the iconic Hastings Pier on Hastings & St Leonards Seafront.
We are currently open to book on:
Mon: 8am–2pm, Wed: 2.45pm–7.30pm, Thurs: 2.45pm–7.30pm, Fri: 8am–8.15pm, Sat: 9am–7.30pm, Sun: 9am–7.30pm
Our booking system (mostly) opens 60 days in advance. For same day bookings and within 12 hours please DM us on Instagram @samphire_sauna or drop us an email. For larger group bookings please email hello@samphiresauna.co.uk
How to book: You can book 60 and 90 minute communal sessions or 30 or 60 minute private sessions. All sessions run at specific times throughout the day – please see prices and booking links below.

Looking to book from 5th July onwards? We’re excited to be launching Spindrift, our brand new larger sauna accommodating up to 10 people. Click here to book a private session (or scroll down past the Packages for more info.) For any communal sessions just use the booking buttons below as normal.

Mon: 8am, 9.15am | Wed: 4pm, 5.15pm, 6.30pm | Thurs: 4pm, 5.15pm, 6.30pm | Fri: 8am, 9.15am, 10.30am, 11.45am, 1pm, 3.30pm, 4.45pm, 7.15pm.
Peak (Sat-Sun): £18pp
Sat: 11am, 2.15pm | Sun: 11am, 2.15pm, 4.45pm
£24pp (flat rate all days)
Mon: 10.30am | Sat & Sun: 6pm
Off-Peak (Mon-Fri): £40 | Peak (Sat-Sun): £45
Currently only peak-times: Sat & Sun: 9am & 1.30pm
Up to 3 guests included – additional guests welcome (4 max) for a surcharge of £6 per additional guest.

Want the whole space to yourselves? You can book both saunas exclusively for larger groups of up to 8 guests – simply at double the private session rate. Additional guests beyond 4 per sauna are welcome up to the maximum capacity of 10 people in total, for a surcharge of £10 per additional guest.

Booking from 5th July — Samphire & Spindrift (our new sauna!)
You can now book Spindrift private sessions from July 5th onwards below. For communal sessions, just use the communal booking buttons above as normal as these sessions are shared across both saunas.
We’re closed for refurbishment from 23rd June to 4th July, so current Samphire and Colourful Sauna sessions up to 23rd June can be booked as usual using the booking buttons above.
